The Research Institute for Political and Government is pleased to welcome Márton Csapodi as a research assistant.
Márton holds a law degree (summa cum laude) from Pázmány Péter Catholic University, where he is currently a doctoral candidate and asssistant lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law. He also continues his work as a researcher at the MCC Center for Constitutional Politics.
His research focuses on the constitutional dimensions of the European Union’s division of competences, with particular emphasis on the Kompetenz-Kompetenz problem and the theory of constitutional pluralism. In his doctoral project, he examines institutional and theoretical responses to these tensions through both European and comparative American perspectives.
